Reedition Vinyl Jacket
André Courrèges was a French fashion designer, particularly known for his streamlined 1960s designs influenced by modernism and futurism, exploiting modern technology and new fabrics. Courrèges defined the go-go boot and along with Mary Quant, is one of the designers credited with inventing the miniskirt.
Inspired by the house's emblematic 1971 style, this iconic vinyl jacket features a white AC logo inlaid on the chest. With two side pockets and a press buttons closure in the middle front and on the cuffs, as well as a high collar. This model is lined. The cut of the vinyl jacket from the Reeditions collection is close to that of the iconic model from 1971. It is a tight fit and was designed to be worn open.
